Fatal Runtime Error - Iteman Version 3.5 or 3.6, 32-Bit Windows, Using Windows NT or Windows 2000
We have had two reports of “Fatal Runtime Errors” when running ITEMAN for Windows
(32-bit Versions 3.5 or 3.6) under some versions of Windows NT and Windows 2000 Professional.
Although we have not yet identified the cause of this problem, it has been solved in both cases
by moving the input data files to the same folder in which the program has been installed.
The program name is ITMANW32.exe. If you encounter a “fatal runtime error” that is not a
result of an error in your input data file, and this solution does not solve the problem,
please let us know.
