ITEMAN: .NET 1.1 required to run GUI version

The GUI version of ITEMAN (ITMANW32) requires .NET 1.1 to run. Neither .NET 2.0 nor .NET 3.0 satisfy this requirement, so the .NET Framework Version 1.1 must be installed.

Please visit the following Microsoft site for information on determining if .NET 1.1 is installed on your system, and general download instructions:

    Once installed, please use Microsoft Windows Updates (either by going to the Microsoft Windows Updates website using Internet Explorer or using the Windows Vista utility) to install more recent security updates.
